Rosanna
Mamma Rosanna is the beating heart of our campsite. Her warmth and nurturing touch permeate every corner. In 1989, she married Emanuele, but his dedication to trucking kept him away from home for long periods, preventing him from carrying on his father’s business. Four years later, Rosanna courageously stepped up to manage Casavecchia and embarked on this new chapter. Today, with the unwavering support and passion of her children, Giuliano and Stefania, Casavecchia thrives as a fourth-generation family business – a testament to Rosanna’s resilience and dedication.
Giuliano
After spending eight summer seasons at the Hotel Du Lac in Riva del Garda and an equal number of winters between Andalo and Campiglio, Giuliano made the heartfelt decision to return home in 2017. Alongside his sister Stefania and mother Rosanna, he took over the reins of the family business. With a lifelong passion for cooking and pastry, Giuliano has been revolutionising the restaurant since 2018, curating a new menu every month. Approachable and always helpful, his extensive experience and local knowledge make him the perfect guide for recommending the best hikes, outings, and family-friendly activities in the area.
Stefania
Stefania, Giuliano’s sister, oversees everything beyond the realm of the kitchen alongside her mother Rosanna, namely the restaurant, bar, bedrooms, and campsite. Since late 2017, she has been actively involved in supporting her brother in this thrilling new family venture. Always wearing a smile and radiating friendliness towards customers, her enthusiasm is a cornerstone of the “new” Casavecchia!
Andrea and Elisa
Completing the Camping Casavecchia family are Andrea and Elisa, two dedicated team members whose professionalism and courtesy enhance the comfort of guests’ stays. Andrea, an accomplished chef, will treat you to authentic dishes from Trentino and Mediterranean cuisine, crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Meanwhile, Elisa, with her warm smile and kindness, will greet you in the dining room and attend to your every need.
