There's a beautiful place here waiting to be explored.
Valle di Ledro is situated in South Trentino, a few km from Riva del Garda. It offers a peaceful, various, fresh and relaxing atmosphere – perfect for moments of relaxation and physical activity.
You will be able to admire the wonderful Lake Ledro with its turquoise water, the small Lake Ampola completely covered with water lilies and see stupendous landscapes during your excursions and bike trips along the various routes that criss-cross the Valley mountains.
You can also practice various sports on the lake, including: windsurfing, canoeing and sailing. If you prefer something more relaxing, you can go for a walk or ride a bike using the cycle track that circles the lake, or simply lie down and enjoy the sun on its inviting beaches.
Ledro lake
You can go for a swim in the wonderful clear water of Lake Ledro to freshen during hot summer days. You can visit the museum and the new pile-dwelling settlement on the shores of Lake Ledro and take part in numerous activities. When visiting Lake Ampola you will be able to admire a body of water in its natural state surrounded by thick vegetation.
Trentino
Trentino: an Italian region that offers a rich artistic, cultural and natural heritage. At a few kilometres from Valle di Ledro you can visit Riva di Garda with the civic museum housed in the old Fortress.
There’s a marvellous castle at Arco; in Rovereto there is Mart, the large museum of modern and contemporary art, and in Trento you will be able to admire the Cathedral of S. Vigilio.
These are just some examples of Trentino’s sites of interest.
Sports and activities
The Hotel and Campsite are an ideal starting point for the numerous suitably signposted hiking paths and mountain bike routes. You can also practice other sports such as paragliding, climbing and canyoning in the Gorges of the Palvico and Rio Nero rivers, or simply swimming and windsurfing on Lake Ledro.
